Demolition Sessions
Choose your desired session along with any add-ons you'd like to complement your holistic physical, emotional and energetic releasing experience with The Art of Anger. You may elect to create your work of art from the shards of your session, immediately following your session, or you may choose to make a separate appointment to come in and create your work of art. If so, you can choose to have us store select remnants from your session for your use within 45 days from your releasing session for a fee of $11.
All sessions include pre-screening, orientation, pre/post aura cleansing ($120 Value).

Level 1 $87*/Per Person
22 minute Rage Release session, includes 1/2 crate of mixed glass and ceramics and 3 small items and 1 medium item, all sitting on a set of tires that you can also hit and throw. If you don’t want the crashing sound, you can beat up some tires or a sawhorse in a room without breakables, or select a splatter paint session as a low/now impact rage releasing alternative! Zen Splatter Paint as an ‘add-on’ is also a perfect ‘cool down’ after any rage session, as it helps you to finish releasing, in a way that calms and grounds you and you walk out with a beautiful abstract painting, feeling lighter, and ready to engage with the world again!

Designed, Equipped and Timed Just Right for 2 People to Rage Together! $240
45 minute Rage Release session, includes 1 1/2 Crates of mixed glass, ceramics, 3 small items, 2 medium items, and 2 large items and 1 specialty item plus 8 tires to hit and throw. This is the perfect date night package, or any other pair (best friends, co-workers, parent/child, siblings, etc.), as this package is the only package timed, equipped and priced for 2 to rage together. The Demo Duo can be scheduled in our Dragon Room. Designed for 2, however, this package can also be done as a solo.
